なかなか起業できない人～勉強くん（１）

こんにちは。「整体を仕事にしたい人相談室」主宰の笠井です。

整体で起業をしようとする方には共通点があります。

１つめは、ご自身の生き方に対して疑問をもち、よりよい人生にしたいと考えていること。
２つめは、社会に対して疑問をもち、よりよい社会にしたいと考えていること。
そして、３つめは、人の役に立ちたいと考えていることです。

これらはとても大事なことです。

しかし！
同じように共通点をもちながらも、その”起業への道”は大きく２つに分かれてしまいます。

１つは、起業を実現する道。
もう１つは、起業を目指しているだけで、実際には起業しない道。

目をそむけないで考えてみてください。

「あなたは、起業したいですか？」

個人事業であろうが、会社を設立であろうが関係ありません。
本当に起業したいですか？

・・・・・・

わかりました。

では、あなたが現実と向き合う勇気をお持ちの方だと信じて！
このコラムでは、反面教師として
「整体でなかなか起業できない人」
をご紹介していくことにします。
（いわゆる事例紹介ですね）

まず、最初に
なかなか起業できない「起業のために勉強！勉強！勉強くん」
をご紹介しましょう。

”勉強くん”は名前の通り勉強が大好きです。

たとえば・・・・・ＡさんとＢさんの成功例と失敗例で見てみましょう。

３０代の男性で、配偶者あり、子供あり、現在は会社員で、
整体経験なしの、ＡさんとＢさんがいらっしゃるとします。
私が副校長をつとめる整体学校で、整体技術を３ヶ月間学びます。
私は「起業したいのなら早く開業した方がいい」と考えて、
開業方法もアドバイスさせていただきます。

ここまでは全く同じです。

ＡさんとＢさんが習得したものは３ヶ月での整体技術と、
開業のために何をすればいいのかという知識だけです。

Ａさんは、さっさと会社をやめる準備に入りました。
そして店舗を借りるために物件をみてまわるなど
「開業のための具体的な準備」に入りました。

こうなると、加速度的にすすんでいきます。
何しろ「起業したい気持ちがますます膨らむから」です。

家族へ施術するだけでなく、友人・知人にも施術をします。
誰でも周囲には、どこかしら身体の痛い人はいるものです（笑）
ですから、整体技術の勉強もより具体的になっていきます。

開業のために必要な勉強もより具体化していきます。

・・・・・・結果、Ａさんは５ヶ月目に会社をやめて、
・・・・・・６ヶ月目には開業しました。

一方、Ｂさんはどうなったでしょうか？
